중국어과 중등학교교사 임용후보자 선정경쟁시험 기출문제의 발문 설계에 관한 소고

Abstract

The current paper studied item instructions to see whether they were constructed appropriately to meet the certain purposes, mainly focused on previous ‘Chinese major secondary school teacher selection test’ after 2014. First, based on the theories related to the construct requirements of the item instructions and review checklist, the paper set the list of 9 items to review the instructions. The item instructions of previous teacher selection tests were then analysed based on the review check list set in the current paper. The goal was to improve construct validity of teacher selection tests by minimizing the construct irrelevant variances. Teacher selection tests were changed into subjective items after 2014, and each item now consists of instructions and passages. Hence, the paper studied whether the test validity declined by reviewing clarity, brevity of instruction, existence of leads to the answers, and the existence of close relations between instruction and passages. Furthermore, it also discussed the modification of instruction to minimize the construct irrelevant variances.
