使役他動性動詞における再帰性について－「脱がす」を中心に－

종래의 사역타동성 동사는 사역과 타동의 중간적 범주로서 연구되어 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 사역타동사 "입히 다(着せる)"와 "벗기다(脱がす)"를 중심으로 사역타동사문의 재귀성을 중심으로 중간적 범주의 구조를 밝히는 데 있다. 선행연구로는 生越(1979), 権(2005), 北見(2021)가 있다. 또한 본고의 조사는 '현대 글쓰기 균형 코퍼스 (BCCWJ)'에 기초하여 '입히다(着せる)・입게 하다(着させる)'의 용례 218건 및 '벗기다(脱がす)・벗게 하다(脱が せる)'의 용례 278건을 검출해 분석했다. 그 결과, '입히다(着せる)' 및 '벗기다(脱がす)'는 피사역자의 재귀동작이 이루어지는 경우, 사역의 의미로 쓰 이며 사역주가 동작을 하는 경우, 타동의 의미로 쓰였다. 그러나 ‘입히다(着せる)’와 ‘벗기다(脱がす)’에서는 중간 범주 중 다른 위치에 있는 것으로 나타났다. '입히다(着せる)'에 관하여 사역과 타동의 의미는 거의 같은 비율 로 쓰이는 것에 반해 '벗기다(脱がす)'는 대부분이 타동의 의미로 사용되고 있다. ‘벗기다(脱がす)’는 중간 범주 중 타동에 가까운 위치에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사역과 타동의 중간적 범주에 있는 사역타동성 동사는 피사역자의 재귀동작에 따라 다른 쓰임을 보였다. 또 한, 중간 범주 구조 안에서 '입히다(着せる)'와 '벗기다(脱がす)'는 다른 위치에 있어 사역과 타동 사이에 연속 성이 있다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
According to previous research, a causative-transitivity verb falls into the middle category between a transitivity and a causativity. This study's goal was to define the intermediate category's structure, utilizing "kiseru(着せる)" and "nugasu(脱がす)" as a focal point. Previous investigations include Ogoshi (1979), Kwon (2005), and Kitami (2021). Additionally, the survey identified and examined 218 instances of "kiseru(着せる) kisaseru(着させる)" and 278 instances of "nugasu(脱がす) nugaseru(脱がせる)," based on The "Modern Writing Balance Corpus (BCCWJ). " The analysis shows that when the dative case performs a reflexive action, "kiseru" and "nugasu" both take on the meaning of causativity, and when the subject performs an action, they take on the meaning of transitivity. It was found that "kiseru" and "nugasu" were at a different position in the intermediate category. While "nugasu" is frequently employed to denote a transitivity, "kiseru" has practically the same share of use for both causativity and transitivity. It was also found that "Nugasu" is relatively closer to the transitive verb category within the intermediate category. The dative case's reflexive action determines the meaning of the intermediate category's causative-transitivity verb. Additionally, there exists a continuum between causativity and transitivity as "kiseru" and "nugasu" exist in distinct positions inside the intermediate category's structure.
