본 연구는 최근 공청회를 통해 발표된 2015 음악과 교육과정 시안을 분석하고, 이를 통해 문제점을 제기하며, 궁극적으로는 이에 대한 대안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구자는 이를 위해 첫째, 2015 음악과 교육과정 개정의 방향 및 의의에 대해 살펴보고, 둘째 2015 음악과 교육과정 시안이 제시하는 주요 개정 내용을 현행 2009 개정 교육과정과 비교하였으며, 셋째 이에 대한 문제점을 파악, 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 결과적으로는 개정에 있어서 발견되는 과정 및 내용상의 문제점을 제시하였으며, 이에 대한 대안으로 첫째, 더 나은 내용적 개정을 위한 심화연구의 필요성과 총론에서 강조하는 융합적 관점에서의 개정을 들고 있으며, 둘째, 학계 및 교육계의 동의와 합의에 의한 개정, 즉 합리적인 체계와 내용적 객관성을 담보할 수 있는 백년지대계(百年之大計)다운 개정을 제안하고 있다.
Abstract
This study analyzed draft proposal of 2015 music curriculum for Department of Music which announced through public hearings recently, through this it pointed out the problems, ultimately, it aims to offer an alternative. For this purpose, the researcher first, examined the direction and significance of 2015 Curriculum revision for Department of Music, second, compared main amendments with the current 2009 revised curriculum, third, Identified the problems on this and tried to provide an alternative. As the final outcome, it revealed the problems in the process and the issue from the amendment which were presented in content. As an alternative for better amendment, first, the need for further research and revision of the convergence point of view was suggested, second, Revision by consent and consensus from academics and educational circles was recommended, namely reasonable structure and content objectivity was suggested, which can guarantee as permanent plan.
