전국 교육대학교 음악교육과의 교육과정 분석을 통한 교과목 모델 제시

교육대학교 음악교육과의 교육과목은 대학생들의 수준과 요구, 국가교육과정에 제시된 학습내용, 현장에서의 수업내용, 교사들의 요구 등 다양한 조사를 바탕으로 합리적이고 과학적인 접근을 통해 설계 및 개발되어야 한다. 그러나 아직까지도 우리나라의 교육대학교 음악교육과는 초등음악교육의 특성에 맞게 교과목들을 구성하여 운영하는 것이 아니라, 재직 교수의 전공에 맞추어 교육과정을 구성하고 운영하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이러한 문제점의 해결을 위하여 본 연구는 우리나라 전체 10개 교육대학교 음악교육과 교과목들의 개설 현황을 고찰․분석하고, 종합․정리하여 이를 바탕으로 음악교육과에서 다루어질 수 있는 기본적인 교과목 모듈을 설정․제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 방법으로는 먼저 10개 교육대학교의 음악관련 교과목 및 내용체계를 분석하고, 그 다음 분석된 자료를 토대로 각 교육대학교 음악교육과의 교과목(심화 과정 포함)으로 적용시킬 수 있는 객관적인 교과목을 추출하였다. 연구의 결과로서 본 연구자는 ‘교과기본능력’, ‘교과내용학’, ‘교과교육학’의 세 개의 과정영역으로 나누고, 그 다음 ‘교과기본능력’과 ‘교과교육학’ 영역 아래 각각 2개의 교과목을, 그리고 ‘교과내용학’ 영역 아래에 11개의 교과목을 설정하여 모든 교육대학교가 교육과정 편성 시 참고할 수 있는 교과목의 모델로 제시하였다.
Abstract
The program of department of music education in the university of education which commands whether successful or not of the elementary music education should be developed suitably for the property of the elementary music education. In other words, it must be designed and developed through the rational and scientific approach based on the various examinations such as the levels and needs of the students of university of education, the presented learning contents in the national education curriculum and the teachers' demand about the department of music education etc. But the department of music education in each university of education is not managed by consisting suitably for the property of the elementary music education, but it is tend to consist and operate the education curriculum by the professor's major in the university. To solve these problems, this study comprehended and analyzed the details of the curriculum of department of music education in 10 Universities of education in our country, and based on that result, the basic subject module was set and presented by generalizing and arranging the basic curriculums which will be learned in the department of music education. This model of subject is expected to contribute to select the subjects of the department of music education in each university of education as the standard.
