안무가의 댄스 리터러시 능력 향상을 위한 교육환경 조성에 관한 연구

무용작품을 창작하는데 주도적 역할을 수행하는 안무가의 능력은 창의적인 무용작품을 만드는데 중요한 요 소이다. 안무가의 댄스 리터러시 능력은 주제화, 움직임 개발, 무대구성과 객관화 과정에서 안무가의 댄스 리 터러시 능력이 필요하다. 또한 이와 같은 안무가의 댄스 리터러시 능력을 해석력, 상상력, 무용지식의 활용능 력, 비판적 사고능력, 커뮤니케이션 능력으로 제시하였다. 따라서 안무 교육을 원활하게 수행할 수 있는 환경 조성을 위한 방안은 첫째, 안무가를 배출할 수 있는 전문기관을 설립, 둘째, 실기 교육 과정에서 무용 움직임 을 개발할 수 있는 교육프로그램의 추가, 셋째, 인문학 교육을 체계화, 넷째, 체험교육프로그램 운영을 제시하 였다. 따라서 안무 교육은 다양성을 지향한 현대 사회에서 안무가가 보다 새롭고 자신의 안무 세계를 구축하는 데 필요한 능력을 갖추는 교육 환경 조성이 필요하다.
Abstract
The ability of a choreographer to play a leading role in creating a dance work is an important fac- tor in creating a creative dance work. A choreographer's dance literacy skills require a chor- eographer's dance literacy skills in the process of thematization, movement development, stage com- position, and objectification. In addition, the dance literacy skills of choreographers were presented as interpretation skills, imagination, dance knowledge utilization skills, critical thinking skills, and communication skills. Therefore, the choreography education plan proposed first, to establish a spe- cialized institution that can produce choreographers, second, to add an educational program to de- velop dance movements in the practical curriculum, third, to systematize humanities education, and fourth, to operate an experiential education program. Therefore, choreography education needs to be developed as an education that equips choreographers with the skills necessary to build their own choreographic world in a modern society that aims for diversity.
