K대학의 역량기반 맞춤형 학습 지원을 위한 탐색적 연구

4차 산업혁명이라는 지식기반 시대의 도래로 대학교육 전반에 대한 패러다임의 대전환과 함께 대학교육 방식의 전면적 개편이 요구되면서 그에 대한 해결책 중의 하나로 맞춤형 학습을 통한 역량 강화가 대두되고 있다. 개별 학습자의 특성과 상태에대한 맞는 적정 교육을 제공하기 위해서는 학습자 특성에 대한 이해 및 대학에서의 지원 방안 등 다양한 차원에서의 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 K 대학이 역량기반 맞춤형 학습을 효과적으로 도입할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 방안을 학습자대상의 탐색적 연구를 통해 검토하고자 하였다. 연구 수행의 내용 및 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, K 대학의 역량기반 맞춤형 학습지원을 위한 시사점을 얻기 위해 역량 및 맞춤형 학습과 관련된 선행연구들을 살펴보았다. 둘째, K 대학의 재학생 6명을 연구대상자로 선정, 표적집단면접법(FGI), 학습스타일 진단, 역량기반 학습성과 분석 및 학습스타일 진단 결과지 제공, 1대1 인터뷰 등을 진행하는 맞춤형 학습 파일럿 테스트(Pilot test)를 진행하고, 연구결과를 통해 K 대학의 효과적 맞춤형 학습 지원을 위한 주요이슈 및 시사점을 도출하였다.
Abstract
With the advent of the knowledge-based era of the fourth industrial revolution, a paradigm shifts in university education. As acomplete overhaul of university educational methods is required, strengthening competence through personalized is emerging asone of the solutions to the problem. To provide appropriate education accordingly focusing on individual learners, more studies atvarious levels are needed about understanding the characteristics of learners and ways to support them at universities. This studyaims to conduct an exploratory research for adapting personalized learning at K University and explore effective ways to support. First, through literature review, the theoretical basis of personalized learning considering the diverse characteristics of learners anddomestic and overseas cases of are examined. Secondly, a pilot study is conducted with K University students as subjects. FGI, studystyle diagnosis, one-on-one follow-up interviews are conducted and competency-based learning performance analysis and studystyle diagnosis result paper are provided to selected participants. Finally, major issues and implications are suggested to support theeffective personalized learning of K university students.
