텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 공유경제 해외사례 분석

공유경제는 정보통신의 발달과 플랫폼의 대중화로 자산 서비스를 타인과 공유하여 사용함으로써 효율성을 제고하는경제 모델이며 유휴자원의 효과적인 이용을 통해 경제적인 문제와 사회적인 문제를 해결해가는 새로운 성장동력으로 평가되고 있다. 본 연구는 해외 주요국가의 공유경제 정책 및 법과 제도, 해외 주요국가의 공유경제 공공부문 우수사례 및민간 육성방안, 해외 공유경제 플랫폼 구축 사례 및 활용에 대해 조사하였으며 공유경제와 미국, 유럽, 중국, 일본 관련된 500개 이상의 뉴스 기사를 크롤링 하여 텍스트마이닝 분석을 통해 키워드를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 공유경제확산을 위한 기초자료 제공을 달성하고자 한다.
Abstract
The sharing economy is an economic model that improves efficiency by sharing and using asset services with others through the development of information and communication and popularization of platforms. It is evaluated as a new growth engine that solves economic and social problems through effective use of idle resources. have. This study investigated the sharing economy policies and laws and institutions of major overseas countries, the best practices of the public sector of the sharing economy in major foreign countries and private development plans, and the cases and use of overseas sharing economy platforms. The sharing economy, the US, Europe, China, I tried to derive keywords for articles related to Japan through text mining analysis. Through this, we aim to achieve the providing prior research to spread the sharing economy
