비즈니스 생태계의 기술 및 사회적 변화로 인해 창업의 분야가 다변화되고 있다. 또한, 창업자들에게 있어 창업 준비단계나 창업 이후에도 최신의 정보기술 및 학술 트렌드에 대한 이해와 반영이 요구되는 시점이다. 본 연구는 공유경제와 관련된 학술 데이터를 기반으로 텍스트 마이닝 기술과 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 공유경제에 대한 학술 동향을 분석하여, 연구동향의 변화를 파악하고자 한다. 먼저, 데이터는 공유경제 동향 분석을 위해 공유경제 키워드가 급증한 2015년 전후로 분류해 데이터를 수집하고 Textom을 사용하여 데이터 전처리를 진행하였다. 데이터 분석은 TF-IDF 분석과 LDA Topic Modeling 기법, 마지막으로 Concor 분석을 수행하였다. TF-IDF 분석과 LDA 토픽 모델링 기법을 통해 실제 공유경제 관련 학술 동향의 핵심 키워드와 동시 출현 빈도가 높은 단어로 구현된 토픽 모델링을 통해 관련 연구의 흐름을 파악할 수 있었고, Concor 분석을 통해 상세히 공유경제 플랫폼의 사용과 관련된 이용 의도와 만족도의 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다는 것과 공유경제 관련 서비스의 확대 및 연구 분야가 다양해지고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 기존 연구와는 달리 텍스트 마이닝과 네트워크 분석의 다양한 기법을 이용해 학술 동향을 분석해 관련 연구의 흐름을 파악하고, 실제 학술 동향을 분석하는 프레임워크를 제안했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 창업을 준비하는 예비창업자들에게도 본인이 관심 있는 창업 관련 분야의 학술적인 트렌드의 이해를 통해, 관련 산업의 동향을 파악하는 하나의 방법론으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
Technological and social changes in the business ecosystem are diversifying the field of start-ups. In addition, it is time for founders to understand and reflect the latest information technology and academic trends even after the start-up preparation stage or start-up. This study, based on academic data related to the sharing economy, we used text mining techniques and network techniques. The research trends related to the sharing economy were quantitatively analyzed and focused on the changes in the sharing economy research trends and the topics of interest. In order to analyze trends in the sharing economy, data were collected by classifying it before and after 2015 when keywords for the sharing economy soared. Data preprocessing was carried out using Textom. Data analysis was conducted by TF-IDF analysis, LDA Topic Modeling technique, Concor analysis, etc. Through TF-IDF analysis and LDA Topic Modeling Technique, we were able to identify the trend of research through Topic Modeling of words with high frequency of concurrent appearance with key keywords of actual shared economy-related academic trends, and through Concor analysis, we could see that there are many studies related to the use of shared economy-related services, and that fields are becoming more diverse. This work is significant in that unlike previous studies, we analyzed academic trends using various techniques from text mining and network analysis to identify the flow of related studies and proposed a framework to analyze real academic trends. The limitation is that overseas research data and journal data related to the shared economy could not be added, limiting the scope of the research field. and it is believed that it can be used as a methodology to identify trends in related industries through understanding academic trends in start-up-related fields of interest to prospective start-ups preparing for start-ups.
