들뢰즈와 가타리의 철학은 ‘차이의 철학’이라 불린다. 들뢰즈와 가타리는 기존 철학에서 차이를 이질적인 것으로 사유한 것과 달리, 차이를 긍정하였다. 차이의 철학에서는 타자와의 마주침에서 서로간의 차이를 인정하는 것을 강조한다. 하지만 더 중요한 것은 자기 자신에게서 차이를 만드는 것이다. 독자는 텍스트에서 만나는 다양한 마주침 속에서 새로운 생성의 과정을 거쳐야 한다. 그 과정을 통해새로운 욕망의 주름을 만들어내야 한다. 본 논고는 들뢰즈와 가타리의 욕망론을 바탕으로 읽기 활동에드러난 독자의 욕망을 다룬다. 들뢰즈와 가타리의 욕망론에서 설명하고 있는 욕망 개념을 통해 독자의욕망을 연구하기 위해, Ⅱ절에서 들뢰즈와 가타리가 말한 욕망과 욕망 배치에 대해 살펴보고, 그 이론을 바탕으로 Ⅲ절에서 독자의 읽기 활동에 드러난 욕망을 탐구한다. 욕망은 결코 단독으로 나타나지않고 배치 속에서 나타나는데, 배치를 이루는 두 축 중 첫 번째 축은 기계적 배치와 집단적 배치이고,두 번째 축은 탈영토화 지점과 재영토화된 선이며, 이 두 축 사이에서 독자는 감응하거나 감응된다. 읽기 욕망의 배치를 탐구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 욕망 배치의 첫 번째 축 중 기계적 배치는 독자와텍스트의 욕망 배치와 접속되고, 집단적 배치는 텍스트의 기표 기계(또는 기표적 자극제)를 통한 독자의 의미 생성과 연결된다. 다음으로 욕망 배치의 두 번째 축인 탈영토화의 지점과 재영토화된 선은 독자의 욕망 생성을 위한 질문과 관련된다. 마지막으로 첫 번째 축과 두 번째 축 사이의 감응은 독자 행위용량의 확장 또는 제한으로 이어진다. 우리는 독서 과정에서 주체성을 길들이는 데 많은 노력을 기울여 왔다. 들뢰즈와 가타리의 욕망론을 바탕으로 한 독자의 욕망 탐구는 독자 욕망에 대한 사유와 깨달음을 불러 일으킨다. 본 연구를 읽기 교육을 진정으로 실천하고 연구하고 있는, 혹은 연구하려는 이들에게 기여하고 싶다.
Abstract
The philosophy of Deleuze and Guattari is called the philosophy of difference. In traditionalphilosophy, differences were regarded as disparate, but Deleuze and Guattari saw differencespositively. The philosophy of difference emphasizes admitting a difference in one's encounters withothers. But what's more important is to make a difference in oneself. The reader must go through aprocess of new creation from various encounters in the text. Through the process, the reader mustcreate new wrinkles of desire. This paper deals with the desires of readers revealed in readingactivities based on the desire theory. To study the reader's reading phenomena through the conceptof desire described in the theory of desire, in section II, I explored the desire and the assemblagesof desire defined by Deleuze and Guattari, and based on the theory, in section III, I explored thereader's desire during reading. The results of exploring the layout about the assemblages of desire ofreading are as follows. First of all, the mechanical assemblages of the first axis of the desireassemblages are connected to the reader and the text's desire assemblages, the collective assemblageof enunciation are linked to creation of a reader's meaning through a signifying machine of the text. Next on, points of deterritorialization and reterritorialization, the second axis of the desireassemblages, are related to questions to generate a reader's desire. Lastly, affect between the firstand second axis is related to expansion or limitation of acting capacity of a reader. We have put alot of effort into training identity in the course of reading. The exploring of the desires of readersrevealed in reading activities based on the desire theory of Deleuze and Guattari provides readerswith a way to raise themselves through the thought and realization of desire .I would like tocontribute this research to people who are studying or trying to study reading education.
