방과후 학교를 위한 관현악 합주 운영 및 지도 방안 연구

이 연구에서는 초․중등학교 방과후 학교 프로그램에서 활용할 수 있는 효과적인 관현악 합주 수업의 운영 및 지도 방안에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 학교에서 운영될 수 있는 합주 활동은 전문 관현악단과 다르기 때문에, 운영 방식 및 지도 방안은 일반 학생들의 음악적 수준 및 학교의 여건을 고려하여 구성되어야 한다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 선행 연구들을 분석하고 초․중등학교 음악교사 및 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사와 면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과들을 바탕으로 학교에서 관현악 합주 활동이 어떻게 이루어져야 하는지에 대한 운영 및 지도 방안을 제안하였다. 이 연구에서는 방과후 학교 관현악 합주 수업의 목적, 악기 편성 및 시설, 단원 선발 및 구성 방법, 운영 계획 및 일정, 학습 내용 구성 및 지도 과정, 연주 악곡, 담당 교사의 유의점, 평가 방법 등을 체계적으로 제시하였다.
Abstract
Many concepts of music can be easily learned by playing musical instruments. Especially, orchestra ensemble has wider and more various aspects, which means students can more specifically understand the musical concepts. Moreover, it can improve social skills such as cooperation, sociability, and responsibility. However, learning atmosphere and method for the orchestra ensemble have not been effectively implemented in school. The purpose of this study is to develop an effective management and guidance of orchestra ensemble for after-school program which can be applied to a practical school setting and guide how to revitalize the orchestral ensemble activities in school. To confirm the present condition and characteristics of after-school orchestral ensemble activities, orchestra ensemble-related literature and practice was closely reviewed. And then, students' questionnaires and teacher interviews were conducted. Based on these literature and data, the researcher developed the management and guidance of an after-school program for orchestra ensemble. The contents included goals, instruments, orchestration, teaching-learning steps and procedures, instructions, repertories, and evaluation methods. This study will play a significant role in providing more concrete information on how to teach orchestral ensemble activities in school.
