본 연구는 국내외 한국어 교사를 대상으로 생성형 인공지능(Generative AI)의 활용 경험과 인식, 그리고 개인적 요인이 AI 활용에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 총 100명의 한국어 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 통해 주요 요인을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 대부분의 교사가 생성형 AI 인지와 별개로 실제 활용 빈도는 낮은 편이었으며, 생성형 AI 사용에 대한 교사의 전반적 만족도는 중간 이상이었으나 신뢰도와 익숙도는 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 생성형 AI 사용에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 ‘익숙도’였으며, 만족도나 신뢰도는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한 교사가 학습자의 AI 활용 가능성을 예측하는 데에도 활용 경험이 중요한 요인으로 작용하였다. 이와 함께, 향후 AI 활용 계획에는 교육 필요성 인식, 만족도, 익숙도가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study investigated Korean language instructors‘ experiences with and perceptions of generative AI, as well as the personal factors influencing its use in their teaching practices. Using survey data from 100 instructors, this study examined the correlation between personal factors and instructors’ use and perceptions of AI, and further conducted regression analyses to identify key predictors. The findings revealed that while more than half of the instructors had tried AI tools, only a small number had actually incorporated them into their classes. Although participants reported moderate to high levels of overall satisfaction, their levels of trust and familiarity were comparatively lower. Among the variables examined, familiarity emerged as the most significant predictor of AI usage, whereas satisfaction and trust did not show a statistically significant effect. Instructor’s prior experience with AI was found to influence how they assessed learners’ potential to use such tools. Further, instructors’ future plans to integrate AI into their classrooms were significantly associated with their perceived need for AI training, overall satisfaction, and familiarity with the tools.
