예비교사의 교육과정 통합 단원 설계 경험에 대한 사례 연구

본 연구는 예비교사들의 교육과정 통합 단원 설계 사례 경험을 분석함으로써, 예비교사들의 교육과정 통합 설계 능력 향상에 주는 시사점을 도출하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 통합 단원의 설계 모형으로서 KDB 모형을 활용하였다. 본 연구에서는 예비교사들이 설계한 간학문적 통합 단원을 사례로 제시하고, 통합 단원을 설계하는 과정에서 경험한 것을 기술하였다. 본 연구가 예비교사의 통합 단원 설계 능력 향상에 주는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합 단원 설계에 대한 예비교사의 경험을 지속적으로 제공할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 통합 단원 설계를 위한 스캐폴딩이 지속적으로 제공될 필요가 있었다. 셋째, 통합교과 단원 또는 수업 설계 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방향으로 강좌가 운영될 필요가 있었다. 넷째, 우리나라 실정에 적합하여 KDB 모형의 절차를 간소할 필요가 있었다. 본 연구가 예비교사들의 교육과정 통합 단원 설계 능력 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하기를 기대한다.
Abstract
A purpose of this study was to draw implications for pre-service teachers to improve integrated unit design capabilities. This study gave an example of interdisciplinary integrated unit that one of the participants designed and listened to the experiences of pre-service teachers’ interdisciplinary integrated unit design with KDB model. The implications of this study was as followings. First, there is a need to provide an experience of interdisciplinary integrated unit design continuously to a pre-service teacher. Second, It is necessary to provide scaffolding of interdisciplinary integrated unit design to a pre-service teacher. Third, the integrated subject courses needed to be implicated in accordance with the integrated unit design skills. Lastly, simplification of KDB models regarding current situations of Korea seemed necessary. The study is expected to present helpful strategy to improve capabilities of pre-service teachers with interdisciplinary integrated unit design courses.
