초록
This study explores the distinctions between hotel and restaurant employees in the causal dynamics among perceived job insecurity, job stress, organizational cynicism, and turnover intention. Drawing on a sample of 348 respondents, the study rigorously assessed the reliability and validity of the proposed research model and employed structural equation modeling to evaluate four hypotheses. The findings underscore that perceived job insecurity exerts a significant influence on both job stress and organizational cynicism across both employee groups. Additionally, job stress was found to have a substantial positive effect on organizational cynicism, which, in turn, significantly predicted turnover intention. Notably, no moderating effects were detected in the relationships among job insecurity, job stress, organizational cynicism, and turnover intention between hotel and restaurant employees. These results offer valuable theoretical contributions and practical implications, while also providing a foundation for future research directions.
