산지유통센터 이용농가의 중요도-만족도 분석 - 춘향골농협 딸기공선출하회를 중심으로-

이 연구는 농산물 산지유통센터를 이용하는 딸기 농가들에 대해서 이용 전에 중요하게 생각하는 속성인 중요도와 이용한 후에 만족하는 속성인 만족도와의 차이를 중요도-만족도 분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 사례지역에 대한 산지유통센터의 딸기농가에 대한 중요도-만족도의 분석결과, 속성요인은 정산, 소통, 품질관리 및 포장규격, 직원역량, 시설능력으로 구분되었고, 속성의 평균값은 중요도가 3.7824, 만족도는 4.0041이었다. 그리고 중요도와 만족도의 매트릭스에서 유지, 과잉, 저순위,집중의 속성이 파악되었다. 특히, 집중영역에서 산지유통센터의 지속적인 개선 노력이 필요한 속성이 파악되었다. 따라서 산지유통센터에서 딸기농가들의 만족도를 높이기 위한 조정의 노력이 필요할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences between the importance of strawberry farmers who use agricultural-product processing centers and the attributes and performance of the farmers before and after their use of such centers by conducting an importance-performance analysis. A case study area was divided into settlement; communication; quality control and packing standard; and staff capacity and facility capacity areas. The average value of the area was 3.7824, and the average performance of the area was 4.0041. For a matrix of importance and performance, the attributes concentration, keep up the good work, low priority, and possible overkill were identified. Then, attributes that needed continuous improvement efforts in the agricultural product processing center were identified. It was concluded that coordination efforts were needed to increase the performance of strawberry farmers at the agricultural-products processing center.
