양파농가의 계약재배에 대한 중요도-만족도 분석

최근에 양파는 생산과잉, 가격하락 등의 상황에서 농가는 생산원가의 확보도 어렵고, 양파농업의 지속성 여부까지도 고민하고 있는 실정이다. 사례지역은 전국적인 양파 주산지를 형성하고 있고, 양파의 계약재배가 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구는 농가가 양파 계약재배에 참여하기 전에 인식하는 중요도와 양파 계약재배의 참여 후에 인식하는 만족도의 차이를 분석하였고, 그 개선방안을 도출하였다. 조사결과, 사례지역의 양파농가는 계약재배를 지속적으로 진행해 왔는데, 현재의 계약재배에 있어서 집중적인 개선 부분으로 농자재의 적극적인 지원, 등급 등 상품판정의 개선, 계약단가의 조정이 필요하였다. 따라서 이러한 속성들에 대한 관리전략이 양파농가, 생산자단체, 정부 등에 의해서 관리전략이 모색될 필요가 있다.
Abstract
In recent years, farmers have had difficulty in securing production costs and maintaining the sustainability of onion farming. The example areas in this study are the national onion main producing areas, and the place of contact farming of onions. This study analyzes the differences between the importance of farmers’ recognition before participating in onion contract farming and the performance perceived after participation in onion contact farming and found ways to improve it. As a result of the survey, onion farmers in case regions have been continually carrying out contract farming. As a part of the concentrate improvement of current contact farming, it was necessary to actively support agricultural materials, improve product judgment (grade), and adjust contract price. Therefore, management strategies for these attributes need to be sought by onion farmers, producer groups, and government.
