발달장애학생의 진로교육 프로그램에 대한 국내 실험연구 동향 분석

[목적] 이 연구의 목적은 발달장애학생의 진로교육 프로그램에 대한 실험연구 동향을 분석하는 데 있다. 이와 관련한 연구문제는 첫째, 발달장애학생에게 진로교육 프로그램을 실시한 국내 실험연구의 일반적 특성(연구대상, 연구 실험설계 방법) 은 어떠한가? 둘째, 발달장애학생에게 진로교육 프로그램을 실시한 국내 실험연구의 독립변인(프로그램 유형, 회기)은 어떠한가? 셋째, 발달장애학생에게 진로교육 프로그램을 실시한 국내 실험연구의 종속변인(측정 영역, 측정 도구)은 어떠한가? 이다. [방법] 국내에서 발표된 발달장애학생 대상 진로교육 프로그램을 적용한 실험연구 32편을 분석하는 문헌연구 방법을이용하였다. [결과] 발달장애학생을 대상으로 적용한 진로교육 프로그램 관련 실험연구를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상은 학년별로는 중, 고, 초, 전공과 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실험연구의 실험 설계 방법은 통제집단 실험 설계가가장 많이 이루어졌다. 셋째, 진로교육 프로그램 유형은 진로교육 프로그램을 독립변인으로 한 연구가 가장 많았다. 넷째, 진로교육 프로그램의 회기 수는 11~15회가 가장 많았다. 다섯째, 진로교육 프로그램의 측정 영역 빈도는 진로성숙도가 가장 높았다. 여섯째, 측정 도구는 분석대상 논문 대부분이 측정 영역을 두 개 이상으로 설정하였고, 이를 측정하기 위한 측정 도구 또한 다양하였다. [결론] 최근 진로교육에 대한 국가 정책의 강화에 따라 특수교육대상자의 진로개발역량을 기르기 위한 진로교육 프로그램 개발이 요구되어지고 있다. 발달장애학생의 진로교육 프로그램에 대한 실험연구 동향을 분석한 본 연구는 앞으로 특수교육 현장에서 발달장애학생의 진로교육 프로그램을 연구, 개발, 적용하기 위한 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
[Purpose] The purpose of this research is to analyze the trends of domestic experimental research on career education programs of students with developmental disabilities. In this regard, The question of research is, first, what is the general characteristic of domestic experimental research that have implemented career education programs for students with developmental disabilities? Second, what is the independent variable of domestic experimental research that have implemented career education programs for students with developmental disabilities? Third, what is the dependent variable of domestic experimental research that implemented career education program for students with developmental disabilities?. [Method] a literature research method was used to analyze 32 experimental studies applying career education programs for students with developmental disabilities, which were announced at international and foreign country. [Results] The results of the experimental study on career education programs applied to students with developmental disabilities are as follows. First, research subjects were in order of middle school, high school, elementary school, and post-high school. Second, control group experiment design was the most frequently used experimental design method. Third, most of the career education program types were studies using career education programs as independent variables. Fourth, the number of sessions for career education programs was the highest in the 11th to 15th sessions. Fifth, career maturity was highest in the frequency of measuring areas in career education programs. Sixth, most of the analyzed thesis set more than one measurement area, and there were also various measurement tools to measure them. [Conclusion] This study, which analyzes the trend of experimental research on career education program of students with developmental disabilities, will be useful as a basic data for research, development and application of career education program of students with developmental disabilities in the field of special education
