Abstract

This study reviews the issues and issues of controversial or controversial parts of the definition of Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD), the change and history of diagnostic criteria, why the name was changed to ASD and the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders. Overall, the implementation of the DSM-5 has a positive impact but may have negative consequences.
