최근 인구 감소로 인한 새로운 군사 환경에 적응하기 위한 교육훈련의 개념 정립이 무엇보다 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 상황에 대비하기 위해 새로운 군사 교육 및 훈련을 설계하고 전투 임무에 필요한 최적의 교육과정을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존 군사 교육훈련의 형식적 운영을 비판하고 이전 연구를 바탕으로 한 교육과정을 새롭게 제시하였다. 둘째, 교육환경, 내용, 학습자, 교관 등의 요소를 중심으로 군 교육훈련의 개념을 설계했다. 셋째, 기초 군사훈련을 공통필수교육(훈련병을 위한)으로 교육과정화하고, 고급 군사 전문분야를 상이선택교육(장교 및 부사관을 위한)으로 구분함으로써 새로운 군 교육훈련에 대한 거시적 운영 개념을 제안했다. 넷째, 민·군 협력을 통한 새로운 군 교육훈련의 교육과정을 설계하여 미래전에 대비한 전략을 제시했다.
Abstract
The Population decline necessitates training to adapt to new military environments. This aim of study is to conceptualize the designing military education and training in preparation for this challenge by proposing optimal curriculum required for combat missions. This study's findings are as follows. First, we critique the formal operation of existing military education and align it with curriculum based on previous research. Second, we design the concept of military education and training focusing on curriculum elements(environment, content, learners, instructors). Third, we propose a macro-operational concept for military education and training by defining basic military training as common education(for trainees) and advanced military specialization areas as elective education(for officers and non-commissioned officers). Fourth, we emphasize military education and training through the design of new curriculum via civilian and military governance.
