실전 전투역량 강화를 위한 신병교육 개선방안 - 육군 신병교육 교과체계 개선을 중심으로 -

신병교육은 다양한 사회환경에서 성장한 훈련병을 대상으로 군 전투력의 기반을 구축하는 것으로서 그 성패는 전장에서의 승패를 좌우한다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 우리 군의 전투준비태세 강화를 위해서는 신병을 대상으로 즉각적인 전투임무수행이 가능한 정신전력, 전투체력 및 전투기술을 발휘할 수 있는 전투원으로 육성하는 것이 필요하다. 본고에서는 신병의 즉각적인 전투임무수행 능력배양을 위한 개선방안으로써 설문분석을 토대로 전장기능과 훈련과제의 연계방안, 전장기능과 신병 교과목의 연계방안 그리고 전투역량과 연계된 교과목 편성방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Generally battle field combat success may be depend on the recruit training that is to establish the fundamental combat power through initial entry training for the drafted new soldiers. Therefore, for the purpose of strengthening combat readiness of the our armed forces, it is essential to develop and cultivate recruits as combat warriors who can accomplish immediate combat mission through developing mental readiness,physical readiness, and occupational readiness training. For the purpose of training new recruit soldiers to accomplish immediate combat mission, this study has developed and suggested several alternatives such as linking training subject with battle field functional areas, linking recruit training curriculum with battle field functional areas, and linking training curriculum with combat competencies.
