일반대학 교직과정 운영 현황 -고려대 한문학과 사례-

본 연구는 일반대학 교직과정 운영 현황을 파악하기 위하여 고려대학교 문과대학 어문계열인 한문학과에서 중등학교 한문교사 양성을 목적으로 설치한 교직과정의 운영 사례를 검토하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 일반대학 교직과정의 선발과 교육, 지원 현황으로 나누어 문헌연구, 설문, 면담의 방법으로 연구를 진행하였다. 검토 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교직이수자 선발의 측면이다. 현재 교직과정 이수를 희망하는 인원에 비하여 선발하는 인원이 매우 적다. 전공학과와 교직과정 총괄 기관과의 협의를 통하여 선발 인원에 대한 대책을 마련해야 한다. 한편 교직이수자 선발 전형에서 가장 중요한 것은 지원자의 전공 성적이다. 전공 외 현장 교사에게 필요한 능력을 고려하여 다양한 선발 방안을 모색해야 한다. 둘째, 교직이수자 교육의 측면이다. 사범대의 교과교육 이수 과목 규정에 따른 교과목 개설뿐만 아니라 일반대학 교직과정 학생들의 요구를 반영하여 다양한 교과교육 과목을 개설하거나 학점을 조정할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 교직이수자 지원의 측면이다. 교과교육과목의 특성을 유지하면서 교직과정 비이수자도 수강할 수 있도록 교과교육과목의 교육 내용 및 강의 운영 방식을 개선할 필요가 있다. 이 외에 학교현장실습 지원 및 임용고사 정보 지원 등 교직이수 학생들의 다양한 의견에 대하여 교직과정 총괄 기관과 교직이수자의 소속 학과의 지원이 필요하다. 이상 본 연구에서는 고려대학교 한문학과의 사례를 중심으로 일반대학 교직과정 이수자의 선발-교육-지원 현황을 검토하였다. 이를 바탕으로 현재 일반대학 교직과정 운영 현황을 파악할 수 있었으며 이 과정에서 나타나는 문제점을 검토하고 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 이후 일반대학 교직과정 이수자가 한문교사로서의 자질을 갖추기 위해 필요한 정책 및 지원 방안을 강구하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to review the operation cases of Teacher Education Curriculum of Non-Teachers College established by the Department of Sinographic Literature at Korea University to understand the current status of Teacher Education Curriculum of Non-Teachers College. Literature research, surveys, and interviews were conducted to this end. The results of the review are as follows. First, it is the aspect of the selection of students for teaching education course. It is necessary to prepare measures for the number of people to be selected and seek various measures for the selection process. Secondly, it is the aspect of educating students on teaching education course. It is necessary to open various subjects or adjust the credits of already established subjects to reflect the needs of students. Third, it is the aspect of supporting students in teaching education course. It is necessary to improve the educational content and lecture management method of the curriculum so that students who do not major in teaching education course can take teaching education course. In addition, it is necessary to provide support to students' various opinions through close cooperation between the department supporting the teaching course and the department of the teaching education course. In this study, the current selection-education-support status of students in teaching education course at Non-Teachers College was reviewed, focusing on the case of the Department of Sinographic Literature at Korea University. Based on this, it was possible to figure out the current status of Teacher Education Curriculum of Non-Teachers College. In addition, we recognized the problems that appeared in this process and proposed improvement measures. After that, it is expected that students in teaching education course will be able to contribute to devising policies and support measures that must be prepared to meet the qualifications as Sinographic Literature teachers.
