이 연구는 정보시스템 성공모델과 기술수용모델을 기반으로 대학에서 제공되는 AI기반 에듀테크 서비스 만족에영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 380명의 설문을 통한 PLS 분석 결과, 접근성, 학습몰입, 자기주도학습이 지각된 유용성과 사용용이성 에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 접근성은 두 요인 모두에 가장 강한 영향력을 보였다. 또한, 지각된 유용성이 지각된 사용용이성보다 만족에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 AI기반 에듀테크 서비스 기술 수용 메커니즘을 규명하고 고등교육기관 적용을 위한 시사점을 제공한다.
Abstract
This study identified factors influencing satisfaction with AI-based EduTech in universities, based on the IS Success and Technology Acceptance Models. From a survey analysis of 400 users, accessibility, learning flow, and self-directed learning positively influenced perceived usefulness and ease of use, with accessibility being the most significant variable. Notably, perceived usefulness was revealed to be a key factor, having a greater impact on satisfaction than perceived ease of use. This research offers implications for AI technology adoption in higher education.
