초록

본 연구에서는 지식관리를 시행하고 있는 중앙행정기관들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 지식관리의 기반요인을 검증하고, 지식관리와 성과간의 관계를 규명하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 공분산구조분석 결과, 지식창출, 축적, 공유, 활용 등 각각의 지식관리 활동들이 선순환 관계를 통해 업무성과 향상에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식관리 기반요인에 관한 가설검증 결과, 각각의 지식관리 기반요인들은 지식관리 활동별로 차별적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지식창출에는 업무프로세스, 구성원태도, 지식품질 등이 유의미한 영향요인으로 검증되었으며, 지식축적에는 업무프로세스, 정보기술, 보상, 구성원태도 등이 유의미한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 지식공유의 경우에는 업무프로세스, 그리고 지식활용에는 구성원태도만이 유의미한 영향요인인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 효과적인 지식관리 추진을 위해서는 지식관리 활동별로 차별화된 전략이 필요함을 시사한다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 분석결과의 이론적･실천적 함의를 논의하고 효과적인 지식관리 방안을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to examine the structural relationships among the factors influencing the knowledge management, activities of knowledge management and performance of knowledge management and to search the strategies for effective knowledge management. The results of covariance structural analyses indicate that the activities of knowledge management(knowledge creation, storing, sharing and utilization) contribute to the improvement of work performance through the connected circulation relationships. The factor influencing the knowledge management also has discriminative influences on the activities of knowledge management. Work process, member's attitude and knowledge quality have significant influences on the knowledge creation. Work process, information technology, compensation, member' attitude have significant effects on the knowledge storing. Work process has an effect on the knowledge sharing and member' attitude has an impact on the knowledge utilization. To implement the effective knowledge management, the results of this study emphasize discriminated strategies on the activities of knowledge management. Based on the results, the potential implications of the strategy for effective knowledge management are discussed.
