리더십과 보상, 인지된 유용성이 지식경영 활동에 미치는 영향: 공기업을 대상으로

본 연구에서는 공기업의 지식경영 활동(학습, 지식창출, 지식활용)과 이의 영향요인(리더십, 보상, 인지된 유용성) 간의 구조적 영향관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 지식경영을 시행하고 있는 공기업 임직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 지식경영 활동과 이의 영향요인 간의 구조적 영향관계를 분석하였다. 구조방정식에 의한 가설검증 결과, 리더십은 보상과 학습활동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보상은 학습과 지식활용에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 지식창출에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 인지된 유용성은 학습과 지식창출에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 지식활용에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편 지식경영 활동 간의 관계에 관한 가설검증 결과, 학습은 지식창출에는 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 지식활용에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 지식창출은 지식활용에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 공기업 지식경영 활성화를 위한 이론적·실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to examine the factors affecting the knowledge management activities(learning, knowledge creation, knowledge utilization) in the public enterprise, and to search the strategies for effective knowledge management. A survey was conducted and data were collected from 368 respondents of 4 public enterprises. Research model and related hypotheses were tested using structured equation model(SEM). The results of data analysis by SEM indicate that leadership influences reward and learning activity. Reward significantly affects learning activity and knowledge utilization but doesn't knowledge creation. The perceived usefulness significantly affects learning activity and knowledge creation but doesn't knowledge utilization. And learning activity significantly affects knowledge creation but doesn't knowledge utilization, and knowledge creation significantly affects knowledge utilization. Based on the results, the theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.
