본 연구는 공연예술과 예술경영 교육환경에 필요한 다양한 구성요소들의 핵심기반(Core Platform)을 마련하여 툴(tool)로 활용함으로써 예술경 영교육의 토대를 확립하고 학문의 실질적 효용성을 증대하는데 목적을 두었다. 예술경영 교육환경 현황과 문제점을 분석하기 위해 문헌 연구, 조사 연구 그리고 실증 연구를 주된 방법론으로 삼아 예술경영 교육환경 플랫폼 모델을 제안하였다. 논의한결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학과 인사조직 구조를 살펴보고 그들의 업무와 역할을 명확히 하고, 외부 이론가와 현장전문가 영입 방법과 활용 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 둘째, 학과의 지식과 정보 공유를 위한 사회적 네트워크 활동 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 셋째, 교육과 현장의 거리를 좁히고 이원화를 미리 방지함으로서 업무의 표준화뿐 아니라 제도적 일치를 볼 수 있을 것으로 기대하였다. 이를 위해 지역의 문화예술 공동 연구 기관 설립이 대안이 될 수 있음을 시사 하였다. 이 논문은 국내 대학에서 예술경영학이 제도화된 이후의 교육환경에 대한 비판적 성찰을 통해 예술경영교육의 발전 방안을 모색한 결과로 예술경영교육에반드시 제반되어야 하는 구성요소를 근거로 교육환경 플랫폼을 구축함으로서 예술경영교육의 효과적인 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 다양한 후속 연구를 촉발하고 예술경영학의 발전에 일정한 토대를 마련할 수 있으리라 기대한다.
Abstract
A Study on the Development Method of Environmental Platform Model for Art Management Education Cho, Young-Mi (Art-Platform) The purpose of this study is to establish the foundation of art management education and to increase the practical utility of the art by using the core platform of the various components necessary for performing arts and arts management education environment as a tool. In order to analyze the current status and problems of the arts education environment, the arts education environment platform model was suggested using literature study, research study and empirical research as the main methodology. The results are summarized as follows. First, looking at the organizational structure of departments, clarified their tasks and roles, and proposed ways to recruit external theorists and field experts, and suggest ways to utilize them. Second, trying to suggest social networking activities to share knowledge and information of department. Third, it was expected that it would be possible not only to standardize the work but also institutional consensus by narrowing the distance between education and the field and preventing duplication. This suggests that the establishment of a joint research institute for cultural arts in the region could be an alternative. In this paper, we attempt to develop the art management education through the critical reflection on the educational environment since the institutionalization of art management in domestic universities. As a result, we established educational environment platform based on the components that must be included in art management education And suggest effective ways of art management education. It is expected that this will stimulate various follow - up studies and provide a basis for the development of arts management.
