문화예술정 책의 흐름과 예술경 영연구의 새로운 쟁점

이 연구는 문화예술정책의 현재적 흐름을 살펴보고 문화예술정책과의 연관성속에서 예술경영연구가 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하기 위한 연구이다. 연구를 수행하기 위하여 문화예술정책 및 예술경영연구에 관한 선행 연구 서적 및 연구 논문，문화체육관광부와 아르꼼에서 발간한 연구보고서，세미나 자료집，기사 자료등을 수집하였다. 현재의 문화예술정책은 ‘창조경제’와 ‘문화융성’을 모토로 하고있고 예술을 경제적 이윤 창출을 위한 동력으로 인식하는 측면이 강함을 확인하였다. 예술계는 이러한 문화예술정책에 적극적으로 편승하는 한편，예술계의 복지증진과 일자리 창출을 위해 정부의 정책에 자신들의 목소리를 낼 필요가 있다는 점을 논하였다. 아울러 보다 주체적인 예술경영연구를 위하여 현장에 대한 치밀한 이해 및 현장과의 긴밀한 소통을 기반으로 한 연구로 나아가야 할 것이며이를 위하여 연구 방법적 측면에서는 질적 연구가，연구 주제적 측면에서는 예술경영철학에 관한 연구가 필요함을 논하였다.
Abstract
This study argues that artists should understand the trend of culture & arts policies and should revitalize the studies of arts management to improve the welfare and financial status of artists. The present government considers the value of arts not as the public goods but as the growth engine of economic development. I insist that the government should also emphasize the value of arts on the aspect of public goods. Furthermore, this thesis shows that it is necessary for the artists to survive independently with the actions of subjectivity by seeking the synergy of management and arts. Also, this study argues that the arts management studies should focus on showing and understanding the reality of art field based on the intimate communication with the artists working in the field. In addition, this study also objects to emphasize the necessity of arts management philosophy studies.
