The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of bakery education on the effectiveness of bakery training and job preparation behavior. The survey was conducted from January 2, 2020 to January 23, 2020. Through the data coding process using 310 questionnaire, SPSS. 20 was used to analyze the study. The hypothesis test results are as follows. First, bakery education was found to have a positive effect on the effectiveness of education. Second, the teaching ability of bakery education had a positive effect on job preparation behavior. Third, the effectiveness of bakery education and training had a positive effect on job preparation behavior. In the case of bakery training education institutions, focusing on teaching ability lead to satisfaction with education, and confidence in practical transfers. In order to increase the employment rate of bakery trainees, education and training institutions need to increase the employment behavior of trainees by increasing the continuity of employment of bakery companies.
