본 연구는 스키지도자 평가지표 개발을 위해 명확한 종목별 평가요인을 선정하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 체육측정평가, 스키평가 전문가를 대상으로 의견을 수집하여 ‘스키지도자 평가요인을 탐색’하는 1단계와 ‘평가영역별 요인을 분류하고 구조화’하는 2단계로 연구를 진행하였다. 수집된 연구자료는 Windows SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 기술통계와 빈도분석을 실시하고, Windows Excel 2021을 이용하여 설문결과의 타당도와 안정성, 수렴도 및 합의도를 산출하였다. 1단계 연구로 스키지도자 수행능력 구조와 검정 종목을 선정하고, 전체 평가구조의 ‘대분류’ 항목을 구분하였다. 이를 기반으로, 2단계 연구를 통해 스키지도자 평가를 위한 전문가 의견을 수집하여 종목별 중분류, 소분류 항목을 선정하고 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구를 통해 각 종목별 스키지도자의 수행능력에 따른 평가요인을 선정하여 구조화하였으며, 현장에서 잘못 사용되고 있는 용어를 통일하여 정리하였다. 실제 스키지도자 평가에 참여하는 전문가집단과 함께 정리한 본 연구결과를 기반으로 후속연구를 통해 스키지도자 평가요인에 대한 상대적 우선순위를 확인하고, 이에 적정한 가중치를 부여한 점수척도를 구성한다면 정량적 스키지도자 평가지표 개발을 할 수 있을 것으로생각된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a ski instructor evaluation index by selecting clear evaluation factors for each event. To this end, the first step of ‘exploring ski instructor evaluation factors’ and the second step of ‘classifying and structuring factors by evaluation area’ were conducted by collecting the opinions of experts in physical education measurement evaluation and ski evaluation. For the collected research data, descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were conducted using Windows SPSS 26.0, and validity, stability, convergence, and concordance were calculated using Windows Excel 2021. In addition, the ‘large category’ item of the overall evaluation structure was selected. Based on this, expert opinions necessary for ski instructor evaluation were collected through the second stage, and the validity was verified by selecting intermediate and low-level items for each event. Through the study, evaluation factors according to the performance ability of ski instructors for each event were selected and structured, and terms incorrectly used in the field were unified and organized. Based on the results of this study, if the relative priority of ski instructor evaluation factors is identified and a score scale with appropriate weights is constructed, a quantitative ski instructor evaluation indicator can be developed.
