체육교사의 감성적 리더십이 중학생의 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중학교 체육교사의 감성적 리더십과 중학생이 인식하는 학업적 자기효능감의 차이와 두 변인간의 영향관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 부산시 소재의 중학교에 재학 중인 학생을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 600명의 표본을 선정하였다. 그 중 불성실한 자료로 판단되는 5명의 응답을 제외한 후 최종적으로 595명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS statistics 23.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, Cronbach’s α 계수 산출, 그리고 상관관계분석을 실시하여 조사도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 연구문제의 검증에 있어서는 t-test 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생이 지각하는 체육교사의 감성적 리더십(자기인식, 사회적 인식, 관계관리)과 학업적 효능감(과제난이도)은 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 학업적 효능감의 하위변인 중 자기조절능력과 자신감은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중학생이 지각하는 체육교사의 감성적 리더십(자기인식, 사회적 인식, 관계관리)과 학업적 효능감(과제난이도, 자기조절능력)은 담당 체육교사의 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 학업적 효능감의 하위변인 중 자신감은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 중학생이 지각하는 체육교사의 감성적 리더십의 세 가지 하위변인은 학업적 효능감의 하위변인에 각각 부분적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to verify the differences of emotional leadership of PE (physical education) teachers and academic self-efficacy and the relationship between emotional education of PE teachers and academic self-efficacy. The target population of this study was middle schools students in Busan. A total of 600 questionnaires were sent out for the survey using a convenience sampling in which 5 were excluded from the data. The final sample size was 595 which was used for the analysis. The data was analyzed with frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS statistics 23.0. program. The results are as followed. First, emotional leadership of PE teachers and academic self-efficacy of students was significantly different based on the gender of middle school students. Second, emotional leadership of PE teachers and academic self-efficacy of students was significantly different based on the gender of PE teacher in charge. Third, emotional education of PE teachers had a positive effect on academic self-efficacy.
