A Research on the Development Process of Educational Contents for Level 2 Professional Sports Instructors

전문스포츠지도사 2급 양성 교육콘텐츠 개발과정을 이해하기 위하여 체육전공자 15인과 의학전공자 1인이 교재를개발한 숙의과정을 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구참여자 간 교육콘텐츠를 개발하는 과정은 총 4가지 과정으로 진행되었다. 첫 번째, 스포츠를 선행 경험한 25세 이상 성인을 대상으로 한다는 합의, 두 번째, 교재개발목적의 모호함과 제 관점및 사례가 불충분하다는 인식 공유, 이에 따라 ‘지도자에 집중한 역량중심교육 표방’이 필요하다는 목적의식을 도출하였다. 세 번째, 주요콘텐츠를 선정하며 선정논란이 있는 소재 중 운영이 쉬운 소재를 우선 채택하였고, 네 번째, 교실공론화가불편하거나 시간이 부족한 경우 제외하며, ‘논쟁은 블랭크로 남겨둘 수밖에 없는 교실중심교육 한계’를 보였다. 논의과정을 바탕으로 4개 분야 23개 교과목의 91개 교육내용을 선정하였다.
Abstract
In order to understand the process of developing educational contents for training sports instructors, a research case in which 15 sports majors and 1 medical major developed the textbook is analyzed qualitatively. The selection process for the main educational content was aimed at adults aged 25 and older with prior sports experience. Despite the ambiguity of the purpose of the textbook development and the insufficient scope of perspective and case, participants agreed that the priority would be to “pursuing competency-centered education focused on leaders(coaches).” After the selection of key contents, materials that were easy to operate were given priority and some contents were excluded due to the inconvenience of classroom discussion and lack of time, i.e. “showing the limitations of classroom-centered education that can only leave debate blank.” Finally, based on the discussion process, 91 educational contents in 23 subjects across 4 fields were selected.
