전문스포츠지도사 자격제도 현황 분석 및 개선 방안: 태권도 종목을 중심으로

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the problems in the qualification process through the current status analysis of the qualification system of professional sports instructors, and to provide basic data for further education by each sport. To this end, literature analysis was conducted, focusing on Taekwondo that had their educational system. To analyze the current status of the professional sports instructor qualification system and to find ways to improve it, research was conducted by qualification for application, qualification exam and training courses according to the qualification process. The main findings are as follows. First, the eligibility criteria for the examination was ambiguous based on designation and application criteria for the exemption target. To improve this problem, it is suggested to review the scope of the exemption for national team athletes and professional sports athletes to establish a clear standard. Second, written tests that did not include event characteristics appeared to be problematic, and as a way of improving them, they proposed the addition of written subjects including event characteristics. Third, it was suggested that the absence of the required material education contents at the educational site was identified as a problem and that the education contents considering the characteristics of each event should be reflected as a direction for improvement. The suggestion of the study suggested that an environment should be provided in which training for each discipline can be conducted through cooperation between the sports instructor training center and the sports organization. Through this process, we hope that the quality of training education will be improved, the level of satisfaction of training participants, and the environment for continuing education will be established to help professional sports instructor improve their professional expertise.
