연구 목적: 이 연구는 학생 맞춤형 학습지원 프로그램 운영을 위한 학습역량진단 결과를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 비교과 학습지원 프로그램을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구 방법: A대학에서 개발된 학습역량진단 도구(인지, 정의, 행동영역)를 활용하여 학생 총 2,311명의 설문을 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 통계 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 본 연구는 성별, 학년, 단대에 따른 학습역량 차이를 알아보고 결과에 따른 학습자 맞춤 비교과 학습지원 프로그램을 개설하고 운영하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 결론 및 제언: 연구결과 성별, 학년, 단대에 따라 일부 역량별 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 그 결과를 기반으로 운영방안을 제안하였지만, A대학 일부 사례 결과를 가지고 분석한 내용이므로 결과에 한계가 있다. 향후 표준화된 학습역량 진단을 통한 맞춤형 학습지원 프로그램 설계 및 안내 방안에 대한 매뉴얼 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of diagnosing learning competency to operate a program providing personalized learning support for students and propose the extracurricular program. A survey was conducted on total 2,311 students by using the learning competency (factors of cognitive competency, defining competency, behavioral competency) diagnosis tool developed by University A, and it was statistically analyzed through SPSS 25.0. After investigating how their learning competencies differ according to gender, grade, or college, this researcher suggests ways to open and operate the program personalized for learners based on the results. According to the findings, some of their competencies indicated significant differences by gender, grade, or college, and an operation plan is presented here according to the results. However, the results are limited because the analysis is grounded on the results of a particular case of University A. It seems to be necessary to conduct research on the manual afterward on how to design and guide a personalized learning support program through standardized diagnosis of learning competencies.
