Abstract
Corporate social responsibility(CSR) is a topic of hot debate in management area. Though most of companies have invested in CSR-related activities, they have failed to confirm the effect of investment on corporate performance. Previous studies have proved the effect of CSR on corporate image. However, corporate image sometimes is not improved in spite of CSR-related investments in the real world. In this study, CSR motivation is one of the reasons why corporate image is not improved. To achieve this, I will try to prove the relationship between perceived CSR motivation and the evaluation of CSR performance by individual. Next, the effects of perceived CSR motivation and performance on the relationship quality between corporation and individual will be confirmed.
