중등교사의 디지털기술 수용의도, 학습민첩성, 디지털 리터러시, 디지털 역량의 구조적 관계 연구

A Study on the structural relationships among digital technology acceptance intention, learning agility, digital literacy, and digital competence of secondary school teachers

초록

본 연구는 2025년 인공지능(AI) 디지털교과서 도입에 앞서, 중등교사의 디지털 기술 수용 의도, 학습민첩성, 디지털 리터러시, 디지털 역량의 구조적 관계 및 학습 민첩성과 디지털 리터러시의 이중매개효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 새로운 교육환경에서 교사의 디지털 역량은 교수․학습의 질을결정하는 중요한 요인 중 하나이므로, 이러한 디지털 역량 관련 요인을 살펴보고자 서울지역 중등교사300명을 대상으로 2023년 12월 4일부터 12월 18일까지 2주간 온라인 방식으로 설문조사를 진행하고이를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 디지털 기술 수용 의도는 학습 민첩성과 디지털 역량에 정적 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났으며, 학습 민첩성은 디지털 리터러시와 디지털 역량에 정적 영향을 미치고 있었으나디지털 기술 수용 의도는 디지털 리터러시에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 본연구에서는 디지털 기술 수용 의도와 디지털 역량의 관계를 학습 민첩성과 디지털 리터러시가 부분매개하고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 특히, 디지털 기술 수용 의도는 학습 민첩성에 유의한 직접 효과를보였으며, 디지털 리터러시에 대한 직접 효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 하지만 이 변인의 간접효과는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되었고, 디지털 역량에는 직․간접 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 정보화된 교육환경에서 디지털 기술을 활용하여 효율적인 수업을 진행하려면, 교사의학습 민첩성과 디지털 리터러시 역량을 강화해야 함을 시사한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships among secondary school teachers’ intention to adopt digital technology, learning agility, digital literacy, and digital competence, as well as the dual mediating effects of learning agility and digital literacy. Given the pivotal role of teachers’ digital competence in the quality of teaching and learning in modern educational settings, an online survey was conducted involving 300 secondary school teachers in Seoul over a two-week period from 4 to 18 December 2023. The collected data were analyzed to examine these digital competence-related factors. The results indicated that the intention to adopt digital technology positively influenced learning agility and digital competence. Additionally, learning agility was found to positively affect both digital literacy and digital competence. However, the intention to adopt digital technology did not significantly affect digital literacy. Furthermore, the study revealed that the relationship between the intention to adopt digital technology and digital competence was partially mediated by learning agility and digital literacy. Specifically, the digital technology acceptance intention had a significant direct effect on learning agility, not on digital literacy. Nevertheless, the indirect effect was statistically significant, confirming that digital competence is influenced by both direct and indirect effects. The findings of this study suggest that enhancing teachers‘ learning agility and digital literacy competencies is essential for effectively integrating digital technologies into an increasingly information-rich educational environment.
