정서 및 행동 문제를 가진 아동의 가족지원 프로그램 분석 : 1997년에서 2007까지 국내외 연구 중심으로

본 연구는 1997년부터 2007까지의 국내외 연구를 통해 정서 및 행동 문제를 가진 아동의 가족지원 프로그램 분석을 목적으로 하였다. 이에 국내논문 13편, 국외논문 17편, 총30편의 논문을 선정하였고 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서 및 행동 문제를 가진 아동의 가족지원 프로그램 연구대상에 있어 7세 이하 유아의 가족을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았고, 아동의 외현화 문제와 자폐성 장애로 인한 문제로 가족지원 프로그램을 실시한 연구가 많았다. 또한 연구방법에 있어 국내 연구에서는 사례연구가 국외 연구에서는 집단연구가 많았다. 둘째, 연구에서 사용된 가족지원 프로그램 분석결과 부모 및 다른 가족 구성원에 대한 교육치료적 서비스가 분석 연구의 대부분으로 정서 및 행동 문제를 가진 아동의 가족지원 프로그램의 주된 형태였으며, 대부분의 프로그램이 부모중심으로 제공되고 있었다. 특히, 국외 연구의 경우 국내 연구에 비해 다양한 서비스 형태와 내용이 연구되고 있었고, 가족지원 프로그램에 하나 이상의 서비스 형태를 복합적으로 구성하여 제공하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 모든 분석 연구에서 프로그램의 긍정적인 효과를 보고하고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구에서는 정서 및 행동 문제를 가진 아동의 가족지원 프로그램의 국내외 연구 현황과 그에 근거한 연구 과제에 대해 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analysis of the overseas and domestic literature on family support program for children with emotional and behavioral problem from 1997 to 2007. Therefore, total 30 articles were analyzed(13 domestic articles and 17 pieces of overseas articles) The results are as in the following; Firstly, families with under 7 ages children members were chosen as a study participations the most and the major subject was the study of family support for external and autistic problem. Commonly used method of study was case study in domestic and group study in overseas articles. Secondly, the most common form of family support program was educational and therapeutic service and commonly given to parents of the family. Especially more various forms and contents of services were studied and service program tended to consist of more than 1 service form in overseas articles. In both studies reported positive effects of family support program Finally, discussions of the findings suggestions for family support program of children with emotional and behavioral problem and future study issues were presented.
