초록

본 연구는 자폐성 장애아동을 대상으로 한 가족중심 중재가 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 알아보고자, 국내 학술지를 중심으로 자폐성 장애아동 대상의 가족중심 중재와 관련된 연구 15편을 분석하였다. 선정된 논문의 일반적인 특성과 가족중심 중재의 주요 내용에 대하여 분석한 결과, 가족중심 중재의 연구대상은 주로 어린 연령의 자폐성 장애아동으로 나타났고, 중재 목적은 사회성 기술 향상과 문제행동 감소를 위한 연구가 많았다. 연구 방법에서는 단일대상연구 또는 AB설계가 주로 사용되었고, 집단실험연구와 질적 연구는 미비하였다. 가족 중재자로는 대부분 부모가 참여하였고, 형제자매가 참여한 연구는 소수에 불과했으며, 중재 장소는 가정에서 주로 이루어졌다. 분석 대상 논문들에서 사용한 전략은 놀이위주의 전략이 많았다. 앞으로 자폐성 장애아동을 위한 가족중심 중재는 증거기반의 실제가 중재 전략으로 활용되어야 하고, 또한 가족의 강점에 중점을 두고 중재 계획 단계부터 평가까지 가족이 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

Abstract

This study analyzed 15 researches on family-centered interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders in domestic journals to investigate how family-centered interventions were provided for children with autism spectrum disorders. The analysis results of the general characteristics of those papers and their major content on family-centered interventions show that the subjects of family-centered interventions were usually young children with autism spectrum disorders and that the objectives of such interventions were to improvement of social skills and reduction of problematic behaviors. As for methodology, they usually employed a single-subject design or AB design with a few group experiment studies and qualitative studies. Mostly parents participated in such interventions as family mediators with only a few researches including siblings as participants. The venue of intervention was home in most cases. The papers analyzed in the study employed play-focused strategies a lot. Family-centered interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders should utilize evidence-based practice as an intervention strategy and allow for active family participation from the planning to the evaluation stage with a focus on the strengths of family.
