KCTC 전투훈련과 소부대 전투력과의 관계에서 변혁적 리더십의 조절효과에 관한 연구: 보병중대를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 KCTC 전투훈련이 소부대 전투력에 미치는 영향과 변혁적 리더십의 조절 효과를 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구문제로 첫째, KCTC 전투훈련은 소부대 전투력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 둘째, 변혁적 리더십은 소부대 전투력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 셋째, 변혁적 리더십은 KCTC 전투훈련과 소부대 전투력 간 조절 효과를 나타내는가? 이다. 연구대상은 2024년 7월에 KCTC 전투훈련에 참여했던 보병중대 3개중대 약 220여명으로 한정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0를 활용하여, 신뢰도 및 타당도 분석, 회귀분석, 평균차이 분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, KCTC 전투훈련이 소부대 전투력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십의 하위변수인 이상적인 영향력, 영감적 동기부여, 지적자극, 개별적 배려 모두 소부대 전투력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, KCTC 전투훈련이 소부대 전투력에 미치는 영향에 있어 변혁적 리더십의 조절 효과는 변혁적 리더십의 하위 변수중 이상적인 영향력과 지적자극이 조절 효과를 나타내는 것이 확인되었다. 따라서 실제 전장에서의 행동중심의 소부대 지휘관의 변혁적 리더십 프로그램의 개발 및 야전부대 적용이 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of KCTC combat training on small unit combat power and the moderating effect of transformational leadership. As a research question for this, first, how does KCTC combat training affect small unit combat power? Second, how does transformational leadership affect small unit combat power? Third, does transformational leadership have a moderating effect between KCTC combat training and small unit combat power. The subjects of the study were limited to about 220 people from three infantry companies who participated in the KCTC combat training in July 2024. Reliability and validity analysis, regression analysis, and mean difference analysis were conducted for the collected data using SPSS 25.0. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that KCTC combat training had a positive effect on small unit combat power. Second, it was found that the sub-variables of transformational leadership, such as ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration, all had a positive effect on small unit combat power. Third, it was confirmed that among the sub-variables of transformational leadership, ideal influence and intellectual stimulation had a moderating effect on the moderating effect of KCTC combat training on small unit combat power. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a transformational leadership program for action-oriented small unit commanders on the actual battlefield and apply field units.
