도덕과에서 연구윤리 교육을 위한 이론적 기반 모색

본 연구에서는 학생들의 연구윤리 소양 강화를 위해 도덕과에서 실행 가능한 연구윤리 교육방안을 모색해보았다. 2022 개정 교육과정과 고교학점제 도입에 따라 교사수준 교육과정 및 과목 개설, 학생주도 수업, 과정중심 평가가 확대될 것이다. 이 과정에서 교사와 학생의 연구윤리 준수 역량과 교사의 연구윤리 지도 역량이 요구될 것이다. 이러한 연구윤리 역량 강화를 위해 고교학점제에서 연구윤리 교육을 도덕과 차원에서 실행할 필요가 있다. 연구윤리 내용과 방법에 대한 학문적 토대를 고려할때 도덕과 주도의 연구윤리 교육은 그것의 체계성을 담보할 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 도덕과에서의 체계적인 연구윤리 교육을 위해 연구윤리 교육의 이론적 기초를 레스트의 도덕성 4구성요소 모델을 통해 논의하였으며, 연구윤리 4구성요소를 함양하기 위한 다양한 연구윤리 수업 방법을 제안하였다.
Abstract
In this study, research ethics education methods that can be implemented in moral subjects were sought to strengthen students' research ethics competency. In accordance with the 2022 revision of the curriculum and the introduction of the high school credit system, teachers' curriculum and subject openings, student-led classes, and course-oriented evaluation will be expanded. In this process, the ability of teachers and students to comply with research ethics and the ability of teachers to guide research ethics will be required. To strengthen this research ethics competency, it is necessary to implement research ethics education in the high school credit system in the moral subject. This is because, when considering the academic basis for the contents and methods of research ethics, research ethics education led by moral subjects can guarantee systematization. Therefore, for systematic research ethics education in moral subjects, the theoretical basis of research ethics education was discussed through Rest's morality 4-component model. In addition, various research ethics teaching methods were proposed to cultivate the 4 elements of research ethics.
