본 논문에서는 식품제조업체 정보와 환경정보 (대기 및 수질 정보)를 연계 통합하여 식품안전의 위험도를 지도상에서 시각화하여 효과적인 의사결정을 지원하는 시스템을 구축하였다. 식품안전 관리자는 환경오염이 심한 지역을 파악하고, 환경오염으로 인한 식품위해 요인이 높은 지역을 효과적으로 선별하는데 시스템을 사용할 수 있다. 이러한 식품 관련 정보와 환경정보는 지속해서 수집하여 축적하고 분석함으로써 식품안전에 위해 가능성이 큰 지역을 사전에 선별하여 감시를 강화함으로써 식품안전을 강화할 수 있으나 아직 데이터 기반의 식품안전 관리 최적화는 초기 연구단계에 있다. 관리자는 시공간적인 모니터링 시스템을 통해 지도상에서 좀 더 직관적으로 환경오염 등 식품 안전에 위해가 되는 요소들을 파악함으로써 좀 더 위해 요소들을 빠르게 차단할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 본 연구에서는 국내 및 중국을 대상으로 환경정보와 식품정보를 융합하여 실제 시스템을 구축하였다.
Abstract
We proposed a spatio-temporal monitoring system to support effective decision-making by visualizing food safety risks on a map that integrates food manufacturer information and environmental information (air and water quality information) in Korea and China. Food safety managers can use the system to identify areas with severe environmental contamination and effectively select areas with high risk factors for food due to environmental contamination. Food safety can be strengthened by continuously integrating, accumulating, and analyzing such food-related information and environmental information, but data-driven food safety management is still in the early research stage. Through the spatio-temporal monitoring system, the food safety manager can more intuitively identify the factors that are harmful to food safety, such as environmental pollution, on the map and check them on the map, making it possible to quickly block that area.
