공공빅데이터의 활용에 대한 다양한 사례 등이 존재함에도 불구하고 기업 입지 선정과 관련한빅데이터 분석 사례 또는 서비스는 없는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 선행연구로부터기업의 입지결정과정에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인 및 우선순위(중요도/만족도 등)를 선정하고, 연관되어 활용 가능한 공공 데이터를 탐색한 후 분석해 기업들의 입지여건 결정에 필요한 사항을 제시하고, 이를 효과적으로 표출할 수 있는 방안을 제시한. 이를 통해 기업을 설립하거나 이전하려고 하는 국민들에게 도움을 주는 것과 함께, 산업입지의 관리 및 분양에 직접적 또는 간접적인 연관이 있는 공공기관들이 보유한 데이터의 활용성을 높여 효율적인 입지전략 수립을 가능하게 하는 빅데이터 분석 표준 모델을 제시한다.
Abstract
There have been various prior researches such as questionnaires related to company location determination. However, it is difficult to analyze and present results that can help determine location using actual data. In this paper, I try to analyze the determinants of company location which is revealed in survey research, based on open public data, and suggest cluster index, network index, and overall attractiveness index. I also present a visualization method that can effectively use the analyzed results. In the future, we hope that effective information provision will be expanded not only in the opening of public data.
