유아교사의 심미감과 미술교수내용지식이 미술교수효능감에 미치는 영향
The Effect of Aesthetic Sensibility and Art Pedagogical Knowledge on Art Teaching Efficacy in Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구는 유아교사의 심미감과 미술교수내용지식이 미술교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전국의 유치원과 어린이집에 재직 중인 유아교사 204명이다. 연구결과, 첫째 유아교사의 심미감, 미술교수내용지식과 미술교수효능감은 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 심미감과 미술교수내용지식은 미술교수효능감에 유의한 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비 및 현직 유아교사 양성과정에서 유아교사의 미술교수효능감을 위하여 심미감과 미술교수내용지식의 증진을 위한 다양한 교육 프로그램 및 연수의 개발 및 보급의 필요성을 시사한다.
Abstract
This study aimed to explore the relationships between aesthetic sensibility, art pedagogical knowledge, and art teaching efficacy among early childhood teachers. The subjects of the research were 204 early childhood teachers currently working in kindergartens and daycare centers. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results revealed that, firstly, there was a positive correlation between the aesthetic sensibility, art pedagogical knowledge, and art teaching efficacy of the early childhood teachers. Secondly, the aesthetic sensibility and art pedagogical knowledge of the early childhood teachers had a significant influence on art teaching efficacy. These results suggest the need for the development and dissemination of various educational programs and teacher training to enhance the aesthetic sensibility and art pedagogical knowledge of pre-service and in-service early childhood teachers.
