The purpose of this study was to identify the victims from sexual violence among intellectual disables who had been sexually assaulted in elementary school, and to understand how they experienced sexual violence. I would like to present a practical alternative. Research goals are as follows. First, which environmental characteristics exposed to sexual violence damage? Second, what kinds of changes from the women’s attitudes with intellectual disability victims of sexual violence affect on their life? The result showed as follows. First, intellectual disable women who sustained sexual assault were not protected by family member, and were constantly exposed to domestic or school violence. Second, they have difficulties for the healthy social relationship. Also, institutional support is needed to utilize professional guardianship system when health care by family members is difficult. Sexual violence impact seriously damages individual's mental capacity. Therefore, put more effort into preventing sex education by conducting 1: 1 customized sex education from elementary school age is needed.
