태권도 종목별 선수들의 차기 수행 시 시지각 기능 비교 분석

이 연구는 태권도 종목별 선수들의 효율적인 훈련방법과 경기력 향상을 위한 목적으로 태권도 종목별 선수들의 차기수행 시 시지각 기능을 비교 분석하기 위해 남자 대학생 68~74kg의 국가대표선수로 활동 중이거나, 전국대회 입상경력이 있는 품새선수 4명, 격파선수 4명, 겨루기선수 4명, 총 12명을 임의 추출하여 동작분석장치와 시선추적장치를 사용하여 분석한 결과 시지각기능에 따라 전신반응시간은 격파집단이 가장 느린 반응시간이 나타났고, 지각반응시간과 시선고정시간은 품새집단이 길게 나타났으며, 시선이동 최대속도는 겨루기집단이 가장 빠르게 나타났다. 본 연구결과 4개 변인들 중에서 돌려차기와 돌개차기 시 시선고정시간을 길게 하였을 때 정확성이 높게 나타났으므로 태권도 종목별 선수들의 시지각기능 훈련이 경기력 향상에는 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficiency and visual perceptual function by eye tracking and compare with motion analysis data, a total of 12 representative Taekwondo players of the Korean National team, according to 4 Poomsae players, 4 Kyokpa players and 4 Kyorugi players of Taekwondo weighting between 68 to 74 kg during the Dollyeochagi and Dolgaechagi. For the visual perception, the total body reaction time was faster for the poomsae and Kyorugi than the Kyokpa, visual perception reaction time and the fixed vision time the Poomsae group was longer than the Kyokpa and Kyorugi group. The maximum speed of movement for the vision movement was fastest in the order of Kyorugi, Kyokpa and Poomsae for the Dolgaechagi.
