태권도 수련 종목에 따른 선수들의 시지각 기능에 대한 비교 분석

이 연구는 태권도 종목별 선수들의 시지각 기능을 비교 분석하기 위하여 남자 대학생 68kg~74kg의 국가대표선수로 활동 중이거나, 전국대회 입상경력이 있는 품새선수 4명, 격파선수 4명, 겨루기선수 4명, 총12명을 임의 추출하였고, 시선추적장치를 사용하였으며, 태권도 종목별 선수들의 차기에 대한 시지각 기능을 측정한 후 종목별로 효율적인 시지각 기능 훈련의 필요성을 제시하여 경기력 향상을 위한 목적으로 비교 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 전신반응시간은 품새집단과 겨루기집단이 격파집단 보다 반응시간이 빠르게 나타났고, 지각반응시간과 시선고정시간은 품새집단이 격파집단과 겨루기 집단 보다 길게 나타났다. 시선이동 최대속도는 품새집단과 격파집단 보다 겨루기 집단이 가장 빠르게 나타났고, 돌개차기 수행 시 빠르게 나타났으며, 변인들을 통해 시지각 기능을 비교 분석한 결과 집단별 종목 특이성에 맞는 시지각 기능이 나타났다. 품새집단과 격파집단은 비슷한 유형을 나타났고, 겨루기 집단은 시지각의 의존 보다 숙련성에 의해 기능이 좌우되는 것으로 나타났으며, 태권도 종목별 선수들의 특이성에 맞는 시지각 기능 훈련은 경기력 향상과 집중력 강화에 크게 기여할 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare the visual perception according to various types of 12 elite university Taekwondo athletes, four Poomsae players, four Kyokpa players and four Kyorugi players, weighting between 68 to 74kg so as to be able to provide feedback to improve visual training methods. The total body reaction time was faster for the Poomsae and Kyorugi than the Kyokpa, visual perception reaction time and the fixed vision time the Poomsae group was longer than the Kyokpa and Kyorugi groups. The maximum speed of movement for the vision of movement was fastest in the order of Kyorugi, Kyokpa and Poomsae for the Dolgae-Chagi. The results of the visual perception was similar for the Poomsae and Kyokpa group where as the fastest was for the Kyorugi group left and right side movement. Knowing the visual perception characteristics of each of the Taekwondo groups more specific training may be developed to help improve concentration and thus their competition performance.
