규범 사전 구축을 위한 표제어 선정 원리 및내용 구성 연구

본고는 “표준국어대사전”과 더불어 국어의 어문 규범을 충분히제시하는 ‘규범 사전’이 필요함을 강조하면서 규범 사전의 표제어 선정 문제 및 그 내용의 범위와 구성에 대해 고찰하고자 하였다. 이에 우선 국립국어원의 현실적인 문제와 “표준국어대사전”과의 연계성을 고려하여 규범 정보의 성격을 제한하는 것이 현재로서 최선임을 지적하였다. 그리고일반 언어생활의 준거가 되는 규범적인 정보를 제시한 사전인 ‘규범 사전’은 국어 어문 규정과 관련된 한글 맞춤법, 띄어쓰기, 표준어 규정, 표준발음, 외래어 표기법, 문장 부호와 함께 어휘, 문법, 화법 등으로 유형 분류하여 표제어를 선정하고 내용을 구성하는 것이 현실적으로 가장 합리적이라 보고 규범 사전의 표준적인 규범 정보 내용을 제안해 보았다.
Abstract
The aim of the paper is to investigate a problem of selecting entries and a rangeof the contents of word contained in ‘a prescriptive dictionary’, as emphasizingnecessity of this dictionary that we present amply prescriptive principles in Koreanlanguage usage with “Standard Korean Dictionary”. We limited the normativeinformation for now because of considering real problems of NIKL and associationwith “Standard Korean Dictionary”. So we claimed selecting entries and constructingcontents by classifying them against the prescriptive criteria such as the rules ofKorean orthography, word spacing, the rules of standard Korean language, standardKorean pronunciation, loanword orthography and punctuation marks, and lexicalinformation, grammar information, speech information(manners in language use) on‘a prescriptive dictionary’, displaying the normative information that becomes acriterion of language usage. And we suggested a standard normative information of‘a prescriptive dictionary’.
