발도르프 유치원 교육에 대한 부모의 경험 사례

본 연구는 발도르프 유치원 교육에 대한 교육과정과 관련된 부모의 경험, 발도르프 교육을 경험하는 과정에서의 부모의 변화가 어떠한지 분석해 보는 것을 목적으로 한 것이다. 그 결과 교육과정에서 예술적 아름다움, 유아의 자유로운 상상놀이와 반복적 리듬이 주는 안정감을 긍정적으로 경험하였고, 인지학의 어려움 등도 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 부모의 변화는 유아의 내면을 고찰하고 유아를 독립된 존재로 보는 것, 자녀 교육에 대한 관점에서 부모의 삶을 곧 교육으로 보는 것, 부모의 삶에서 정신성을 추구하려는 것 등으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The aim of this study was to analyze the case of parent’s experience on Waldorf kindergarten education: parent’s experience of Curriculum and of their change. The following are main finding from the analysis of this study: First, parent’s affirmative experiences on Curriculum are that artistic beauty at Reigen’s educational aspect, children’s immersion with the toys, to be concerned about housework, to give a stable to children through the curriculum in educational way, feel comfortable and natural in educational environment like home. Parent’s difficulties on curriculum are to understand Anthroposophie in Waldorf educational philosophy and to apply in their real lives. It is difficult that Waldorf education is not settle down due to Korean antisocial atmosphere, to be left out(Wangdda), the form of the age, and difference of instruction way deviated behavior. Second, the change of parents’ though show that consideration of children’s inside view, recognize the independence of children, change of a view on the children education, and pursuit of spirit through the parents lives. The changes of the parents’ home life are that to control themselves, have regular habits, change eat between meals and diet, and make a doll which is never to make.
