발도르프교육이 발달지체유아의 통합보육에 주는 교육적 시사점

본 연구는 발도르프 교육(보육)에서 발달지체유아의 통합보육 사례를 근거로 발달지체유아 통합보육의 새로운 통합보육 모델 탐색을 위한 자료제공에 그 목적이 있다. 연구문제로 발도르프 통합보육의 하루일과, 내용구성, 교실환경, 교사의 역할을 실 예를 들어 설명하였다. 또한 교육적 시사점으로 아동의 안정감의 증대, 집중력 향상, 또래 상호작용 유발, 언어능력 향상, 모방의욕 고취, 자연스러운 통합을 가능하게 해 준다는 것을 결론으로 제시하였다.
Abstract
In this research, the author tried to obtain a new model for the inclusion child-care system by applying a pilot case of Waldorf education to underdevelopment infants. The methodological approach adopts the analysis on the overall practice of the procedural contents of the Waldorf system including its educational composition, class environment, teacher's role and various other information regarding the effects and its background. Basically, the included education through the Waldorf system between the normal infants and the underdeveloped ones does not show difference while the underdeveloped infants experience some delays in learning which is, however, overcome individually by repetitive practices. 1) In the daily lessons, the timetable is composed of adopting the rhythmic principles of breathing that the human sustains ecological balance by breathing of expiration and inspiration. 2) The contents of Waldorf education consists of free play, settling and arrangement work and luncheon, group activities(morning prayer, oiling, ligen, combing), outing and outside playing, silent gathering, lunch and free activities. 4) As of a teacher's role in the Waldorf inclusion education, he/she must show sincereness in his/her daily activities with the infants which is an essential virtue to become an exemplary model that the infants wish to follow. 5) The achievement as a result of the Waldorf inclusion education can be listed as follows; - enhancement of stability mentally and physically - progress in the ability of concentration and the language - awareness of interaction between the teachers and the infants - facilitation of imitation desire In conclusion, newly experimented education was proved to be an efficient method in including underdeveloped infants to normal ones.
