자동화와 미래 일자리 성장을 중심으로 한 일학습병행자격의 직종 변화 방향 탐색

이 연구는 자동화와 미래 일자리 성장을 중심으로 일학습병행 자격의 직종 변화 방향에 대해 알아보기 위해 직업에 대한 전망 자료를 가지고, 일학습병행자격의 변화를 적용해보았다. 특히, 지동화 대체가능성 관련 이론적 배경에서 제시한 직종 변화를 반영한 리스크가 자격 종목의 선정과 운영 과정에 반영되었는가를 판단하고 앞으로의 방향을 제시하는 것은 해당 자격의 지속가능성을 확보하는 차원에서 중요하다. 분석결과, 일학습병행직종 대부분이“낮은 자동화대체율 & 높은 일자리 성장률” 영역에 위치해 있어, 상대적으로 미래 안정성과 성장률이 높은 직종 중심으로 운영되고 있으며, 추세상으로도 이 유형의 비중이 높아지고 있다는 점은 긍정적인 측면으로 볼 수 있다. 일학습병행자격의 세부 직종별로 살펴보면, 전통적 도제에 해당하는 직종과 비전통적 도제에 해당하는 종목이 다양하게 혼재되어 있음을 파악할 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study explored the direction of occupational changes in apprenticeship qualifications, focusing on automation and future job growth, and applied changes in apprenticeship qualifications to job prospect data. The analysis showed that most of the work-learning jobs are in the “low automation replacement rate & high job growth rate” area, so they are operated around jobs with relatively high future stability and growth. The proportion of this type of job is increasing, which is a positive. Examination of the detailed job types of apprenticeship qualifications revealed that the types of jobs corresponding to traditional apprenticeships and the items corresponding to non-traditional apprenticeships were mixed in various ways.
