Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the analysis of ideological structure of Japan which incumbent prime minister, Abe Sinjo(安倍晋三) has professed. The paper also analyzed the directivity and implication of ideological structure. Thorough which, we can clearly understand the change of the historical course of ideology in Japan and disclose the present meaning. The current Japanese foreign and domestic policies seem to be extremely radical, and this bias is unprecedented. We must analyze the ideological directivity and meaning to understand the nature of Japanese political behavior. Japan is trying to make ‘normalization’ of ‘the erroneous past.’ Normalization of past is the cause and rationalization of the present policies. The Japanese policies need to be justified in the perspective of ideological relevance. This is the reason why the paper probes the ideological structure of Japanese politics.
