연구목적: 이 연구는 시청각장애인을 직업재활서비스 정책 대상으로 확대하고, 이들의 성공적인직업생활을 돕기 위한 직업재활 정책 및 지원 방안을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 시청각장애인 자립생활 및 재활 분야에서의 연구 실적이나 현장 경험이 있는 전문가와 시청각장애인당사자 총 11명의 전문가 패널들을 대상으로 3차에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 1차 델파이 조사를 통해 전문가들로부터 시청각장애인의 직업재활에 필요한 8개 영역의 86개지원 방안들을 도출하였다. 2차 델파이 조사에서는 전문가 패널의 응답에 대한 내용타당도 비율(CVR)과 변동계수(CV)를 산출하여 86개 세부 지원 방안의 내용타당도와 합치도를 살펴보고, 타당도와 합치도가 낮은 항목들을 삭제하였다. 3차 델파이 조사에서는 평균, 표준편차, 내용타당도비율 및 변동계수를 다시 산출하여 8개 영역의 세부 지원 방안들의 타당도와 합치도를 재확인하였다. 결론: 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사 결과에 근거하여 최종적으로 직업재활 사례관리, 직업 상담및 평가, 직업적응훈련, 직업훈련, 취업알선, 취업 후 적응지도, 직업재활 전문 인력 지원, 시청각장애인 전문기관 운영 각 영역에서 우선적으로 도입이 필요한 지원 방안들 제시하였다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to prepare a support plan for the vocational rehabilitation of people with dual sensory impairment. Method: Three Delphi surveys were conducted on 11 professionals with experience or expertise in the dual sensory impairment and rehabilitation areas. Results: In the first Delphi survey, the support plan in the eight vocational rehabilitation areas were investigated through open questions. In the second and the third Delphi survey, 86 items corresponding to eight small areas were asked to respond to importance with seven-point scale, and the Content Validity Ratio(CVR) and Coefficient of Variation(CV) were calculated to delete items with CVR < 0.56 or CV > 0.5. Conclusion: In the Delphi survey, 11 experts were asked to determine how important the items were, so 72 items in eight small areas were finally selected as support plan for preparing the vocational rehabilitation of people with dual sensory impairment.
