연구목적: 한국장애인고용공단에서 개발하여 현장에서 장애인 구직자를 대상으로 활용하는 장애인 구직욕구진단검사의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하고, 이를 제고하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구방법: 신뢰도 검증을 위해 내적합치도 및 문항-영역총점간 상관분석을 실시했다. 타당도 검증을 위해 구성타당도와 관련해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시했다. 준거타당도와 관련해 예측타당도 및 새롭게 추가한 하위영역인 ‘장애수용 정도’ 영역에 대해 수렴타당도를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 본 검사도구의 내적합치도는 수용가능한 수준이며, 탐색적 요인 분석과 문항정화를 통해 구성타당도가 상승하였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 네 가지 요인 및 요인별 문항들의 요인구조모형이 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 준거타당도 검증을 통해 ‘장애수용 정도’는 수렴타당도를 지니고 있으며, 구직욕구 수준이 구직기간을 예측하는 예측타당도가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 시사점: 본 검사는 기존 연구가 제시하는 기준에 비추어 신뢰도와 타당도를 갖추고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이를 제고시키기 위해 9번, 10번, 12번, 26번 문항을 제거하고 규준을 새롭게 제작하는 것이 필요하다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study is about the validation of Job-Seeker’s Demand Inventory(JSDI) that developed to measure the job seeking needs of people with disabilities. Method: The data were used in analysis of item-to-total correlation, exploratory factor analysis(EFA), Cronbach’s α, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results: As a result of the analysis, the EFA showed the need of eliminating four items due to low item-to-total correlation, low item-factor loadings or high cross-loadings. After this item refinement, the JSDI were shown to be acceptable internal consistency, the result of CFA indicated the four theoretically defined factors were empirically supported, the total acceptance scores of disability were positively related to self-acceptance scores of EDI Self Concept Inventory, JSDI scores also predict nonemployment duration of the job-seekers. Implications: To improve reliability and validity of JSDI, we suggest to eliminate four items that consist question No 9, 10, 12, 26 and to develop new JSDI norms of job-seeker with disabilities.
